What this site is

123Reunion helps graduating classes find each other, organize reunions, and manage registration and attendance. By using the site, creating a cohort, joining a roster, or registering for an event, you agree to these terms.

Your account and your class

Accounts are created when you register, accept an invitation, or request to join a class roster. You agree to provide accurate information — rosters, name tags, and attendance lists are only as good as what you give us. Invitation links are personal; don't forward them. Class cohorts are run by volunteer leads, who may approve, decline, or mute members of their roster; site administrators may step in where needed.

Reunion registration and money

Registration costs are set by your class committee and shown before you submit, including any early-bird cutoff. Your cost is locked when you register; committees record payments they receive (check, cash, or otherwise). We are not a party to payments between you and your committee unless an online payment option is explicitly offered on the site. Refunds are your committee's call — talk to your class leads.

Conduct and content

This is a place for classmates. Don't use the site to harass anyone, impersonate anyone, scrape data, or send spam. Anything you submit (bios, photos, event details) must be yours to share; by submitting it you let us display it on your class's pages. We may remove content or accounts that abuse the site or other members.

The service

We work hard to keep the site available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us (for most members: nothing). We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance.
