Privacy Policy

Effective July 11, 2026 · 123Reunion.com is operated by [OPERATOR]. Questions or requests: admin@123reunion.com

The short version

Your data is never the product. We collect the minimum a reunion needs, we use it only to run your reunion, and we never sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. There are no third-party ad networks or tracking pixels on this site.

What we collect

What you give us: name (and maiden name, if you share it), email, phone, mailing address, who's coming with you, dietary notes, the optional bio you write, event interests, and — optionally — sex (male/female/prefer not to say, used for things like name tags and photo grouping). We deliberately do NOT collect dates of birth, Social Security numbers, or race, and we never will. Committees also record payment status (amount, date, method) — we do not store card numbers or bank details.

How it's used

To run your class's reunion: rosters, registration lists, attendance, schedule and payment-request emails, and mailing lists FOR YOUR CLASS COMMITTEE. Your contact details are visible to your class's volunteer leads (that's who's organizing you) and to site administrators. They are not visible to other classes or to the public.

Sponsors

Class pages may show "Reunion partners" — local businesses useful to reunions. These are our own content cards; sponsors get NO member data and NO tracking. If you click through to a sponsor's site, their policies apply there.

Email

We send transactional email (confirmations, invitations you were sent by your class, approval notices) and committee-triggered updates (like schedule changes). Muted or removed roster members are excluded from committee mailings. To stop all email, ask your class lead to remove you, or write us directly.

Cookies, retention, your rights

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in — nothing else, no analytics trackers. We keep reunion records so your class history survives between reunions; ask us at admin@123reunion.com to correct or delete your information and we will, promptly. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, that same address honors access, correction, and deletion requests.
