How cohort leadership works
The first member to identify a cohort automatically becomes its lead — someone has to carry the flag home. Any cohort member may then step forward, or be recommended by another member, to serve as an additional lead; the nomination is confirmed when three or more cohort members second it. A cohort carries up to ten leads. Leads keep the page current, manage the roster (approve, decline, mute), and organize the reunion's events.
